The hypocrisy with Labour is that they were slamming the Tories for a high tax burden and are now attacking the package of tax cuts. Of course hardcore socialist activists will always slam a Conservative Government no matter what it does.
The public mood as I demonstrated in the article is in favour of tax cuts - but Truss will also have to deliver on other policy areas like stopping the illegal migrant boats and getting tough when it comes to law and order.
