There are two copies of this deal OIne that says that NI can refer to the Uk Govt and over rule Eu decisions?? Rishi's Version, and the the other one says the ECJ and the EU will be the Final Arbitrators? however Nothern Ireland should not be Left in the Single market, and Under EU Rules! Secondly neither Should the UK be Dictated to by ECHR, This going to be Sunak's Downfall, As We now have no way of deporting migrants, and we cannot keep them in Hotels the demonstrations have Already started and While Sunak is on this Path it Will get a lot worse!

Well said, I know which copy I believe, when Sunak was asked about the ECJ he was like a rabbit caught in the headlights and he started waffling and not very well, VDL just spat it out ...THEY are still in charge...Our PM and his "followers" are LYING to us.

Yes But He's Learned those tricks From Boris, RW52 For me this is not Acceptable, I know the Dup Will go over this with a Fine tooth combe, But listening Ian Paisley Jnr and Sammy Wilson This deal could Spell trouble For Rishi's Govt, At the Moment I getRiled up seeing Nadhim Zahawi Still turning up in House of Commons, After what He's done, Claiming His expenses no doubt. So now More than ever We need to get them Out, This Kind of downright Dishonesty Cannot be allowed to go on.

So right RW52... VDL looked euphoric, as she could hardly contain her maniacal grin when making her part of the announcement as she just knew that her ‘EU claws’ just got longer and more firmly ensconced into the UK. The people of NI will only rarely be able to challenge rules and regs they consider unfair or improper; Anita rightly points out the EU will always have the final say and our continued involvement with ECHR + ECJ was exactly the capitulation the EU was looking for when ‘icing their deal breaking cake’!

This is Rishi's final betrayal of the British people, And it's the Nastiest Piece of Cake ever pardon the Pun, He's virtually cutting off Northen Ireland, So it Remains in the EU? Yes there is some concessions from the EU But Nowhere near enough? in fact the concessions from the EU is'nt worth a jot!

We have nothing but lying and treacherous MP'S in our midst and that includes our PM which I don't need to tell you wasn't elected...a long and well run plan by our elite slowly coming to fruition...unfortunately.

As Martin Daubney comments, this is but a trap, and my feeling is that the trap will be well and truly bolted shut if, or when, Labour get into power as they align us closer and closer back to the EU helpless and hamstrung like the lackies we have become in UK.
