I'll hazard a guess Braverman is hanging on to see if Sunak gets the heave ho after the coming May 2nd elections. She will stand for leader / PM and, if successful proffer an olive branch to a Farage led Reform by which they'll do a tactical deal for GE seats, give RUK some seats where the Tories are standing down, the Red Wall and Wales. Labour will get the cities anyway but Galloway could cause mischief along the M62 corridor from Hull to Liverpool. Truss and JRM are unknowns, Truss is on manoeuvres and I doubt JRM wants to lose to the LibDems. If Braverman fails, Sunak or another continue then I'd expect her to join Reform and take her followers with her prompting other backbenchers to jump too. Reform are too two dimensional just now to go on their own but Starmer needs to get over 121 seats more to form a government. No mean feat with 67 marginals, Gaza, Corbyn, Abbott, Momentum and Galloway hurling rocks at him. He's not that popular.
