Voters Reject Burnham
They want an election, not a coronation.
As the establishment try and destroy Nigel Farage, something else quite astonishing is happening.
Our country is about to have a new Labour Leader and Prime Minister who will take over unchallenged, in a bizarre coronation.
Andy Burnham has already made a speech with a whole series of commitments that weren’t in Labour’s last manifesto.
And yet as we quickly approach the point of a new PM taking over, there remains little scrutiny of Burnham’s actual plans.
So we are about to have a new Prime Minister, Chancellor and Government take over with no mandate whatsoever, of whom we still know little.
Instead of scrutinising that profound change, there is an intense focus on Reform Leader Nigel Farage. Ask yourself why.
But even as the establishment give him an easy ride, Andy Burnham has a huge problem.
Voters clearly reject his legitimacy as our future Prime Minister. The UK wants a General Election instead.
