At the moment my vote is still with Reform..Let's not forget Sunak is good at talking. Let's see what he DOES about Net Zero and of course the lllegals and now the banking fiasco.

Brilliant news the North sea licences have been issued, what about fracking? We have heard more recent rhetoric from both Starmer and Sunak, that aligns better with common sense and what the majority of the voters want. Do we believe them? Sunak has refused to move the 2030 deadline on Diesel and Petrol cars - but perhaps because he does not have to. Its too far in the future to make a controversial political decision now. Our political system is utterly short sighted and does not make the best decision for our nation for the long term. However there is absolutely no way this car ban can go ahead, as we do not have anything near the electrical infrastructure in the country available, and nor do we have solid plans to deliver it either. EVs also have a lot of drawbacks not least the cost and nobody is discussing the considerable carbon overhead in their build. This dithering makes car manufacturers nervous and unwilling to invest. Nothing effective being said on immigration either legal or illegal either. We should be biting the bullet and training our own which we know will raise prices, but it will also lift wages. My vote is still staying with Reform.

To win the next GE Sunak needs to get back to basics. He needs to get some money in the coffers and stop this rubbish about Netzero. Wasting millions on Netzero is not going to lower prices for millions, it will put prices up. Netzero is just a big con and will make no difference for people in the UK. Sunak needs to look after the UK, and nobody else. For a start 'Foreign Aid' needs to stop now and be called 'UK Aid'. This means Aid for projects in the UK. This is just common sense at a time like this. Will it happen 'No'. This is why I want 'Reform UK' to make a big dent into Conservative and Labour.

All I know is that I will never vote Labour and if voting Reform means a win for Labour, then I'll feel the need to stick with the Tories. I certainly don't want Lab/Lib Dem/SNP....that's the only thing I am sure of.

I am afraid that the tories are con-socialists. The fiscal approach of the current shower would have made Gordon Brown proud. I cannot vote for socialism dressed in tory clothing.

I don't disagree with you Charles, but my only other option is to spoil my ballot paper, which achieves nothing really. Like I said, I'm biding my time, but will do everything in my power to keep Labour out because God help us all, if they get in.

Even if the government finally tackled the illegal migration problem I would still not vote for them. Reform UK all the way.

Sadly ReformUK are still the Dad's Army of politics. They wave their defiant Lee Enfield rifles and meet in shared village and church halls. Their seniors are ex UKIP and the younger ex MEPs can't overthrow Mainwaring (Tice) mainly out of good manners. I'll probably vote for them but I expect no comfort from a 3" deep lukewarm bath with a leaky plug. Little benefit after the 2" version my local wet Tory MP offers.
