Reform Gathers Pace
They can't stop what's coming.
They really are panicking.
The Gorton and Denton by-election is taking place in a safe Labour constituency.
Keir Starmer’s party received over 50% of the vote in the seat in 2024, with Reform a distant second on 14%.
Yet pure panic from Labour is on full display.
This is a party and Government that knows it has achieved nothing positive.
Labour’s one and only message in the by-election seems to be ‘stop Reform’.
That is utterly pitiful for a party with a parliamentary majority who should be able to reel off accomplishments in power. But they can’t.
Because Labour clearly are destroying the economy with high taxes, refuse to stop the boats and are accelerating the Net Zero damage to this country.
And so the announcement of Matt Goodwin as the Reform candidate has clearly rattled Labour, with the Greens also a factor in the by-election.
As in most places across the country now, the Conservatives are a total irrelevance and face a battle merely to save their deposit.
We saw the massive Tory decline on display once again last night in a Scottish by-election, where the Conservative vote absolutely collapsed.
Once again, Reform came ahead of the Tories and Labour who are both facing electoral oblivion.
In fact when we look ahead to the May elections, we can see just what is about to happen. And it is truly remarkable.
