Good morning and welcome back to Heaver News! I hope you are all well.

Zorro’s verdict on the Conservative Party Conference was that:
“Truss turning up at the Conference has weakened Sunak further. She had the right ideas poorly timed and presented. Too late now.
“With JRM backing her and Cruddas on the warpath they must be looking at a split. With Farage turning up there's surely some sort of attempt at a Tory Reform collaboration, again.”
I think it was pretty telling how so much that went on outside the Tory Conference hall dominated much of the coverage, including the Liz Truss tax cuts call and the big crowds that Nigel Farage attracted.
Paid subscriber RW52 had another scathing assessment:
“The Tories are in a complete mess.
“A very interesting few months ahead, it's all about timing and when Nigel Farage throws his hat in the ring and who he brings with him as I feel there are a few big Tories ready to jump ship.”
Whilst Mrs. Bucket was very punchy (as usual):
“The Tories are such a disgraceful mess, like rats fighting in a sack.
“This is an historic, open goal for Tice if only he'd get his act together.
“The LibLabCon are so obviously pandering to pressure groups, vested interests and outside forces INSTEAD OF VOTERS!
“Oi Tice! This is easy, announce your 12 good men and women Cabinet, get on with it!”

So following on from the the Conservative Conference, it was Reform UK’s turn with the party looking ahead to the next General Election.
The message from that Conference was clear and gives a strong insight as to what you can expect from Reform between now and the Election. Many in Westminster will be nervous.
