The Conservative leadership race continues with the Labour Government already in quite a bit of trouble.
Already Keir Starmer’s party has seen a prominent MP quit, a barrage of criticism and brutal headlines and a Labour Conference that saw the party’s members disagree with the Government about cuts to the winter fuel payment.
This all just months into a Starmer Government that seems to have very little vision, inspiration, depth or even any real answers.

So what can sweep this all away? Well the Conservative Conference in Birmingham has followed the Reform Conference in the same city, with four Tory leadership candidates vying for the right to become Leader.
But the assumption that they will naturally lead the most prominent opposition to Labour is no longer valid.
The unfortunate reality for all of the candidates is that they all trail another Party Leader when it comes to the verdict from voters.
Nigel Farage is currently preferred to become the next Prime Minister over any of the Conservative contenders. This could well be a sign of what is to come.
