Labour Now Imploding
They're running scared of Reform.
The blocking of Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham from becoming Labour’s by-election candidate shows just how insecure Keir Starmer’s allies now are.
It means Labour’s chances of retaining the Gorton and Denton parliamentary seat - which they won with over 50% of the vote in 2024 - are now reduced.
The argument from Starmer’s allies is that Reform would win the subsequent Greater Manchester Mayoral election if Burnham left that post.
That shows you the degree to which politics has shifted massively in Britain in a very short space of time.
Nationally, Labour are now fourth on just 14%, compared to Reform on 32%.
There is a very good reason for that: this Government has accelerated the national decline overseen by the Tories.
I’ll give you a few quick examples of how both Labour and the Tories operate within the confines of an utterly broken system, that Reform must totally overhaul.
This is why Labour have failed, Starmer is in big trouble and Reform are on course to form the next Government.
