Democracy Cancelled
English elections stopped again.
This is totally out of control now.
We’ve known for months that Conservative Council Leaders have been lobbying the Labour Government to cancel elections.
Elections were indeed stopped across parts of England this year and some are pushing for the same cancellations next year.
Funnily enough, many of the areas that have seen cancelled elections are areas where Reform UK are particularly strong. What a remarkable coincidence!
And now we learn that the election cancellations are set to keep coming thick and fast.
It seems the Greater Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, Hampshire and the Solent, and also the Sussex and Brighton Mayoral elections won’t be taking place next year as scheduled.
Reform had started announcing Mayoral candidates - for elections that now seemingly will be pushed back from 2026 to 2028.
Analysis has shown that - shock horror - Reform UK were on course to win all of these elections.
So what we’re seeing is a disgraceful establishment stitch-up that is becoming quite dangerous.
The delaying, postponing and cancelling of elections at short notice is a disturbing trend we’re seeing in England under Labour.
We know that the Scottish and Welsh Parliament elections are likely to deliver substantial losses for both Labour and the Tories.
So this cancelling of English Mayoral elections looks like a blatant attempt to stem even further defeats.
Especially given Labour have just sunk to another all-time low.
Find Out Now now put Keir Starmer’s party on a disastrous 14%. This would be utter annihilation for Labour.
Luckily, the Government aren’t able to cancel local Council by-elections. And those results, including votes that took place this week, are very telling.
In Middlesbrough yesterday Reform gained yet another seat, this time from the Liberal Democrats.
The Tories came third, with Labour fifth on just 3.3% of the vote.
Another by-election earlier this week in Derbyshire saw a successful Reform hold, with the Tories failing to gain the seat.
The electoral trends remain strong and clear: Reform are way ahead of Labour and the Conservatives right now.
For the establishment to collude in stopping millions of English voters from having their say next year is alarming.
My advice is to remember all of this and how the legacy parties are behaving.
Keep calm and when you are eventually allowed to vote - let the establishment know what you think about them at the ballot box.

Polling doesn’t matter, votes don’t matter, Labour aren’t bothered because the Communist establishment will just carry on, whoever is elected. If voting changed anything, they wouldn’t let us do it. How many times have we voted for mass immigration to stop since Thatcher’s time?
Currently only defunding the unions and a national strike will have any effect , reform need to look at legal action against cancelling elections , this year and next year councils are not reshuffle and ready (allegedly) the year after there will be other excuses act now
